AltaGas' power assets are engaged in the generation and sale of resource adequacy, merchant energy and related products, primarily in California. AltaGas has 508 MW of installed power capacity from a combination of gas-fired and remaining distributed generation assets.

Washington Gas is a regulated natural gas utility providing safe, reliable and affordable natural gas to more than 1.2 million customers in the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia. Washington Gas was chartered by the U.S. Congress in 1848 and has been providing energy to residential, commercial and industrial customers for 175 years.
