The Grayling Generating Station is a 37 MW wood biomass power facility located in Grayling Township, Michigan. The facility is owned by Grayling Generating Station Limited Partnership of which AltaGas Ltd. has 30 percent working interest.

The facility sells electricity to Consumers Energy under a long-term power purchase agreement. The Grayling plant processes approximately 400,000 tons of waste wood per year, providing an economical outlet for the safe disposal of waste forest materials from local sawmills and the forestry industry.
