Subject to approval of the Board of Directors of AltaGas, it is currently intended that dividends will be paid to shareholders of record as at the close of business on the 25th day of the month, or the following business day if it falls on a weekend or holiday. The dividend will be paid on the 15th day of the following month, or the following business day if it falls on a weekend or holiday.
