The New Graduate Development Program offers an intensive and challenging work experience that will help prepare program graduates for more challenging roles at AltaGas.
Permanent full-time employee positions are offered to graduates who are rotated through various areas of AltaGas’ business. New graduates are also paired with a mentor at the Senior Management level who can share ideas and knowledge about career planning, the energy industry and AltaGas.
Co-operative education links classroom instruction with paid employment. Students gain important workplace skills while applying what they learned during their post-secondary studies.
The Co-op Program helps students to subsidize their studies and learn practical skills, while acquiring useful “real-world” information and experience to help them make informed career decisions.
Most work terms are either four or eight months long and begin in January, May or September.
AltaGas supports various practicum student programs, providing students with valuable work experience and managers with enthusiastic employees who make a real contribution. Practicum student positions are available year round.
